Work Environment\n

This position is entirely virtual, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while you focus on client outreach and therapy. You will be required to manage a caseload of at least 25 clients, providing therapeutic support that is compassionate and individualized. Our organization prioritizes administrative support to allow you to concentrate on client care. We handle essential tasks such as client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing, electronic health record (EHR) management, and compliance audits.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services via virtual platforms, providing counseling and support tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Manage a caseload of clients, with a minimum commitment to seeing 25 clients per week.
\n
• Document treatment plans and client progress using our EHR system in compliance with healthcare guidelines.
\n
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs and therapeutic goals.
\n
• Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and strategies to improve client care and service delivery.
\n
• Maintain an active LCSW license and adhere to state regulations while practicing in New Jersey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from a variety of backgrounds and demographics, with a strong emphasis on serving minority and underserved populations. This role will involve treating adults aged 18 and older, focusing on mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and systemic challenges faced by diverse communities, including the LGBTQIA+ population.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active LCSW license to practice in New Jersey.
\n
• A minimum of three years of clinical counseling experience is required, post-licensure.
\n
• Expertise in therapeutic modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Experience working with adults in various mental health capacities.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community is preferred but not mandatory.
\n
• Familiarity with men's mental health issues is a plus.
\n
• Prior engagements with diverse populations, addressing socio-economic challenges and systemic barriers in mental health care.

• Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
