Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address clients' specific needs, setting clear therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Work alongside the treatment team to create tailored client-centered treatment plans, utilizing a strengths-based approach.

• Offer crisis intervention services, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation according to ethical guidelines and organizational policies, ensuring an accurate record of client progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation range for this position is between USD 80,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
