Are you an experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys being part of a great team? Hughes Mechanical LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated technician to join our growing team!

- Installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties.
- Installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, thermostats, and related components.
- Ensuring all installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
- Troubleshooting installation issues and making sure systems are operating properly.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Providing friendly, professional service to our customers.
- Working alongside a team that takes pride in quality workmanship.
- Previous residential HVAC installation experience of 2 years or more is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and installation practices.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification and applicable HVAC licenses are a plus.
