Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure appropriate for school-based practice
• Previous experience with elementary-aged students highly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and school staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct in-person therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate on IEP teams and contribute to goal-setting for each student
• Maintain accurate records and complete compliance documentation in a timely manner
• Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support classroom integration and student success
• Participate in professional development opportunities and district meetings as needed
