Receptionist & Marketing Coordinator (Healthcare)

About Us Family Hope Healthcare LLC is a growing outpatient mental health practice providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management through telehealth across Tennessee. We partner with therapists, primary care providers, and community organizations to deliver high-quality, accessible mental health care with no waitlist. Position Overview This is a hybrid role combining front desk operations (50%) and marketing/outreach (50%). The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable communicating with patients and providers, and motivated to help grow a healthcare practice. Key Responsibilities Front Desk / Administrative (Morning Focus) Answer incoming calls, texts, and inquiries Schedule new patient intakes and follow-up appointments Confirm upcoming appointments and manage cancellations Conduct basic insurance verification Follow up with missed appointments (no-shows) Maintain accurate scheduling in the system Marketing & Outreach (Afternoon Focus) Follow up with new leads from website, phone, and social media Conduct outreach to therapists, primary care offices, and community partners Send referral information via email/fax Track referral sources and outreach activity in internal systems Support local networking and community engagement efforts Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare front desk, medical office, or administrative role preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting outreach Highly organized with attention to detail Basic knowledge of insurance verification is a plus Experience with EHR systems is a plus Schedule Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday–Friday Split schedule: Morning: Front desk operations Afternoon: Marketing/outreach Compensation Competitive hourly pay ($17–$21/hour based on experience) Performance-based incentives available (based on appointments scheduled and outreach success) What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization Supportive team environment Meaningful work helping individuals access mental health care Room for advancement into leadership or operations roles How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief description of your experience.
