Talent Acquisition Global Program Manager Contract Position Job Description iitjobs are seeking a Talent Acquisition Global Program Manager to support the global delivery of client’s Interns & Apprentices Talent Program, with a primary focus on apprenticeships and traineeships. This role will help manage program execution, stakeholder coordination, tracking, communications, and process improvements across multiple countries and workstreams. Required Experience Experience in program management, project coordination, HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Operations, or related fields. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams at once. Need someone who has global experience, particularly in Apprenticeship Space. Need someone that is good at Program Management/Stakeholder Management communications. Responsible for central coordination and standardizing of Program management and Apprenticeships. Internship / Apprenticeship Cycles or Workforce Development Global Frameworks vs Local Standardization Stakeholder Management and Documentation Experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, Anaplan, or Power BI is helpful.
