Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Charge Bookkeeper Our Client is looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the day-to-day accounting process, working closely with leadership, and becoming deeply involved in a unique and operationally diverse business environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on setting and is excited to learn the nuances of an industry that operates very differently from traditional manufacturing, retail, or corporate accounting environments. What you’ll do Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations across multiple business entities Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger activity Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and subsidiary ledgers Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and general ledger posting Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Prepare documentation for audits and CPA tax-related activities Help maintain organized accounting records and improve internal processes where needed Support the Client Service team as time permits What we’re looking for 5+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounting experience with full-cycle responsibilities Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite required Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team Willingness to learn, research new topics, and adapt to management requests and projects Prior experience in agriculture, nursery, farming, and financial services industries is a plus Bookkeeping certifications such as CB or CPB are helpful but not required Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Disability insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Vision insurance Work location In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
