You’ll provide specialized OT support during regular school hours, working closely with educational staff and families.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Knowledge of compensatory services and understanding of IEP processes
• Ability to effectively collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted OT services to students as required by IEPs and compensatory agreements
• Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Track and document session notes, progress, and outcomes with accuracy
• Work within school hours: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm, approximately 30 hours per week
• Manage a caseload currently focused on 2 students needing compensatory services, with potential for adjustments as needed
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary educational teams
