Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with marketing and service departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations governing automotive sales. Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related field. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Knowledge of automotive products, trends, and financing options. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions. Knowledge of VinSolutions, Dealertrack, Vauto and CRM's Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
