Head of Product Management

Role Description

We're seeking a visionary Head of Product Management to lead the strategy and evolution of our holistic retail commerce portfolio, overseeing cloud-enabled ecosystems that deliver modern POS client technologies, AI-driven computer vision capabilities, connected commerce, and enterprise-scale retail innovation.

What You'll Own

• Define the Future Product Vision
  • Set the strategic direction and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio supporting enterprise retailers globally.
  • Drive innovation across cloud platforms, POS solutions, AI capabilities, and emerging retail technologies.
  • Balance customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities to maximize growth and customer value.
• Drive Retail Innovation at Scale
  • Lead products supporting promotions, loyalty programs, digital offers, coupons, gift cards, and campaign orchestration.
  • Shape AI and Computer Vision capabilities for fraud detection, age verification, loss prevention, and item recognition.
  • Deliver seamless omnichannel experiences spanning physical stores and digital commerce environments.
• Influence Global Business Outcomes
  • Partner with Sales and GTM teams to influence product strategy, packaging, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Translate market trends and customer feedback into actionable product investments.
  • Drive measurable outcomes including ARR growth, customer adoption, migration success, and platform performance.
• Build and Inspire a World-Class Team
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 20 product professionals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, customer obsession, and continuous improvement.
  • Attract and retain top product talent while creating clear growth paths for leaders and team members.
