FAA - Production AssemblerLocation: Oro Valley Employment Type: Temp To Hire Schedule: 1st Shift Pay Rate: $20.00/HrSAFETY SENSITIVE ROLE - SUBJECT TO RANDOM DRUG TESTING Position Summary The Assembler 3 position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work and minimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipmentResponsibilitiesUse electric solder equipment to IPC-A-610B standardCut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bondingFollow written and verbal instructionsComplete work according to instructions, specifications and procedures, under direct and/or limited supervisionPerform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and proceduresConduct inspections of own and/or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and/or customer drawingMinimum testing of various electrical/electronic equipment, as neededMaintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 5S standardsMaintain an acceptable safety recordMaintain an acceptable attendance record. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required.
