As a Senior Talent Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent at Honeywell. Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, talent acquisition or a related HR function. Strong knowledge of talent management best practices and trends. Experience designing and implementing talent development programs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
