What You’ll Be Doing As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our dishes meet the high standards our customers love. Here’s what you can expect to do: Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking authentic Jamaican dishes. Oversee kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Ensure food is prepared and presented to perfection. Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas and specials.
