HR Coordinator

TransLoop is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing team. In this role, you will help ensure a seamless employee experience by managing HR administrative processes, maintaining employee records and HR systems, supporting benefits administration, and assisting with onboarding and recruiting activities. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused support with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Maintain accurate employee records and oversee data integrity within the HRIS, including employee status changes, new hire information, terminations, and organizational updates. Support benefits administration by assisting with enrollments, employee inquiries, qualifying life events, and coordination with benefit vendors. Coordinate onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, system setup, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a positive first-day experience. Prepare and process HR-related documentation, including offer letters, employment verifications, employee changes, and other personnel records. Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer preparation to support recruiting efforts. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters. Conduct regular HR audits and reporting to ensure compliance and data accuracy across HR systems. Partner with Payroll, HR, and department leaders to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee information. Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and company events. Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to continuously improve people processes and enhance the overall employee experience. What You'll Need Previous HR, recruiting or freight sales experience. High levelsof proactivity and persistence—must be comfortable owning outcomes. Strong ability to network and build internal and external relationships.
