Cybersecurity Associate - Flexible Location

Position Overview Clark Hill is seeking a cybersecurity associate with 3‑5 years of experience to sit in any of our office locations. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise in privacy, cybersecurity, internet, and computer law. Apply technical or general understanding of technology and electronic systems. Handle data security incident notification and breach response. Respond to urgent matters quickly with strong organizational skills. Manage client relationships and crisis situations. Maintain current legal license in relevant jurisdiction. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience in privacy, cybersecurity, internet, and computer law. Technical background or general understanding of technology and electronic systems. Experience with data security incident notification and breach response. Detail‑oriented and organized with solid work ethic. Strong interpersonal, communication, client management, and crisis management skills. Current license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $175,000 – $185,000 annually. Annual discretionary bonus.
