Remote Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney

Position Title: Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney The Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload for a variety of clients, primarily Fortune 100 companies. This position requires a strong foundation in Workers Compensation defense and the ability to navigate trials effectively. The attorney will be responsible for building relationships with clients and adjusters, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues. The role presents the opportunity to contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment while maintaining a focus on client needs and case outcomes. Candidates should be prepared to handle a full range of case responsibilities, from initial contact to trial proceedings. Salary Range $125,000 - $220,000 / Year DOE Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 60 cases, ensuring no more than 80 cases at any time Handle all types of hearings and trials, serving as the first point of contact for client issues Work collaboratively with a dedicated Legal Assistant to manage administrative tasksRespond to client inquiries within 24 hours Travel within the area for in-person trials, primarily in Southern California Enter time and approve work completed by legal assistants Build and maintain client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction Requirements At least 2-3 years of Workers Compensation defense experience

MUST BE ABLE TO GO TO TRIAL IN PERSON
