Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, connection-obsessed, and systems-minded Senior Brand Manager to join our centralized Brand Marketing matrix under a high-impact full-time remote engagement framework based in the United States. Operating at the structural convergence of high-fidelity brand storytelling, creative production, and data-driven growth marketing, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over shaping our identity across paid, owned, and earned consumer touchpoints. Shifting completely away from routine manual administrative text entry, passive template copywriting, minor task logging, or slow coordinating loops, you will run an active audience segmentation, external agency governance, and campaign optimization laboratory—partnering face-to-face with integrated creative pods, performance marketing teams, and external performance providers. This position requires a seasoned CPG marketing leader with 6-10+ years of fast-paced growth depth who maps out scalable product awareness plays fluidly natively using SEO and data acquisition methodologies, constructs high-yield multi-channel campaigns cleanly natively leveraging advanced Email Marketing infrastructures, and commands complex promotional launch lifecycles confidently under disruptive market demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand & Creative Lifecycle Leadership: Partner closely with creative, digital design, and integrated product teams to architect best-in-class promotional campaigns that accelerate top-of-funnel brand awareness, product trial, and localized retail velocity cleanly natively utilizing SEO frameworks.
  • Actionable Creative Brief Authoring: Develop structured, insight-driven creative briefs, asset guidelines, and content directories in Figma to guide multi-channel educational, product launch, and marketing initiatives.
  • Strategic External Agency Management: Serve as the foundational anchor and central point of operational contact for external performance agencies, providing rigorous direction on creative refresh cycles, click-through optimization, and new channel tests.
  • Data-Driven Growth Analytics: Audit and synthesize complex brand health indices, consumer sentiment profiles, market trend trackers, and point-of-sale data to map performance and generate actionable growth recommendations for executive leadership.
  • Advanced Email Marketing Governance: Devise, implement, and run our automated lifecycle email marketing pipeline—orchestrating data-driven send calendars, advanced behavioral audience segmentation, and targeted messaging frameworks natively utilizing Email Marketing configurations.
  • Community & Influencer Partnership Architecture: Identify, vet, and onboard key lifestyle influencers, brand ambassadors, and community advocates, ensuring flawless execution of partnership deliverables across organic networks and emerging platforms such as Reddit.
  • Cross-Functional Timeline Execution: Supervise complete marketing project roadmaps, multi-channel asset distribution models, and allocated capital budgets across PR, social activations, and field marketing pods to close gaps from strategy to launch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 to 10+ years of verified professional history running advanced brand management, digital marketing, or multi-channel growth systems, with a strong background embedded inside the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or beverage space.
  • Demonstrated record of success driving consistent brand health growth, product adoption, or customer lifecycle retention inside a high-growth startup or disruptive consumer environment.
  • Expert-tier capability translating raw multi-channel data points into scannable marketing workflows, optimizing tracking channels, and managing organic reach natively utilizing SEO metrics.
  • Deep operational familiarity configuring enterprise email automated tools, managing audience distribution nodes, and evaluating behavioral conversion metrics natively using Email Marketing systems.
  • Proven background supervising cross-functional creative partners and managing large third-party agencies to build unified omni-channel campaigns.
  • Outstanding project governance capabilities, allowing you to manage multiple parallel digital assets, content pipelines, and promotional budgets under tight deadlines.
  • Location Context: Position open strictly to qualified brand marketing professionals located and resident permanently within the United States to execute a highly autonomous, work-from-home remote track.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • An MBA degree from an accredited institution with a specialization in brand marketing, data analytics, or strategic business management.
  • Prior marketing depth dealing with functional food and beverage markets, natural wellness products, or highly regulated dietary supplement industries.
  • Active experience managing paid or organic community reintroduction and consumer education playbooks on subreddits or conversational forums.
