Your Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for further evaluation
• Follow up with leads to nurture interest and assist through the hiring process
• Keep detailed and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Generate commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your leads
