The candidate will be joining a larger Residential Mortgages team and collaborate closely alongside due diligence, trading, structuring and banking functions. There will also be interaction with clients, vendors, as well as technology and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have comfort working with large datasets, meeting tight deadlines, and contributing immediately in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and manage data and reporting for NAM Residential finance deskManage funding activities for various products, including Agency and Non-Agency loans, Single Family Rentals and MSRs.Administer monthly waterfalls for warehouse funding clients.Assist in creating materials for annual facility reviews by credit riskIdentify and create controls to ensure data integrity, processes and workflows across systems and reportingMaintain and manage Python codebase within a Git version control environmentAssist in migrating legacy codebase to PythonTest and implement vendor products in support of long-term technology initiativesQualificationsRecent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or related fieldProficiency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and validationProficiency in Python for data normalization and analysisExcel skills for data management and reportingPrior experience with residential mortgage data or RMBS a plusExperience working within a Git version control environmentStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong sense of ownership and a team-player mindset------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Institutional Banking------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Investment Banking------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:New York New York United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$110,000.00 - $125,000.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
