The TSR partners closely with Territory Sales Managers to grow account volume, build relationships with key decision makers, and actively manage a pipeline of opportunities.How You Will Make a Difference:Partner with Territory Sales Manager to execute account plans, drive engagement with decision makers, and achieve sales goalsDrive account growth and net new development through consistent outreach, identifying opportunities, and managing a pipeline in SalesforceConduct virtual presentations and present solutions to advance opportunities and support customer growthUtilize Salesforce, Seismic, and new web portal to track activity, manage opportunities, and support customer engagementLeverage reporting and customer insights to identify trends, address risks, and uncover opportunitiesCoordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support customer needs and sales initiativesSkills for Success:Minimum of 2 years inside sales experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, manage opportunities, and build customer relationshipsHigh School Diploma requiredStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers and present solutionsProficient in Word, Excel, Salesforce, AI and related systemsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage a pipeline, identify opportunities, and advance dealsStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to perform under pressure and adapt in a dynamic sales environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Workwear Outfitters, LLC
