Job Overview

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract assignment. The Registered Nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
Monitor and document patient conditions and progress
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Respond to changes in patient status and provide appropriate interventions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Previous long-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred
Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
Must maintain all required credentials and certifications
