As a Palliative Care Physician, you will join the thriving Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a premier multi-specialty group in the Sacramento region. You will play a pivotal role in our expanding Supportive Care / Palliative Care team in Citrus Heights, CA, delivering high-quality, compassionate, patient-centered care. You will join an established, collaborative team of six physicians and three APPs dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients facing serious illness.

You will provide comprehensive Palliative Medicine services with a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between hospital-based acute symptom management and long-term outpatient palliative support. Required:

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license (or ability to obtain a license)
• Successful completion of a Hospice and Palliative Medicine or Geriatric Medicine fellowship, OR
• BE/BC in Palliative Care, OR
• Significant experience (minimum 2 years) in a focused Palliative Care program
• A passion for providing clinically excellent care
