This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing institutional investors, private equity sponsors, developers, lenders, borrowers, REITs, and real estate funds in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Ideal Background • 3–4 years of commercial real estate transactional experience (JD Class of 2023–2022 ) gained at a sophisticated law firm Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in complex commercial real estate finance transactions Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, and development projects Experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, leases, and other transactional documents Experience conducting title and survey review, due diligence, zoning analysis, transaction management, and closings Experience working across a variety of asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and other commercial properties Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while collaborating with multidisciplinary deal teams Significant client interaction and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required New York bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Premier Commercial Real Estate practice Sophisticated acquisitions, financings, and joint venture transactions Opportunity to represent leading institutional investors, developers, lenders, and private equity sponsors Significant client interaction and early deal responsibility Exposure to a wide range of commercial real estate asset classes Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 50 environment Interested?
