New York City | Hybrid Real Estate Associate Attorney AmLaw 100 Opportunity Compensation $310,000 – $445,000+ A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its New York office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing developers, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, REITs, landlords, tenants, lenders, and corporate clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions. Ideal Background 4–7+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience gained at a sophisticated law firm Experience handling complex commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and development transactions Experience representing developers, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, REITs, lenders, landlords, tenants, and other commercial real estate owners and operators Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, operating agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, and other real estate transaction documents Experience conducting and coordinating title and survey review, zoning and land use analysis, due diligence, transaction management, and closings Experience with a variety of commercial asset classes, including office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, and development projects Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactions while collaborating with multidisciplinary deal teams Significant client interaction and the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously Excellent academic credentials J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required New York bar admission required or ability to become admitted Why This Opportunity Premier Commercial Real Estate practice Sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing, and development work Opportunity to represent leading developers, institutional investors, private equity sponsors, and national real estate clients Significant client interaction and early responsibility on complex transactions Strong mentorship and professional development Collaborative AmLaw 100 environment Interested?
