Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments via telephone and in-person consultations, gathering relevant history and information to inform treatment options.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring swift and effective response to emergencies.

• Facilitate referrals to additional resources and agencies that can further assist clients and their families, expanding the network of support.

• Keep detailed records and prepare reports documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and ongoing assessments.

• Engage clients in meaningful activities that empower them to take an active role in their recovery.

• Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and supervision, contributing to a collaborative environment geared toward professional growth.

• Remain vigilant for signs of child abuse or neglect and take appropriate action to protect vulnerable populations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working closely with individuals and families facing a range of challenges that affect their mental health and well-being. This includes those suffering from the effects of violence, substance abuse, and the trauma associated with neglect and abuse. Addressing and understanding each client’s context is essential in tailoring the right therapeutic interventions that align with their needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Current license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
\n
• Effective communication skills, particularly active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions without interrupting.

• The ability to analyze clients' reactions empathically and adapt your approach to best support them.
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with telehealth platforms.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with clients dealing with crisis situations related to mental health, domestic violence, child abuse, and substance use disorders.

• Knowledge and experience with crisis intervention techniques and the development of effective treatment plans.

• Previous experience working in a community health setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your level of experience and expertise. Additionally, you will be eligible for monthly productivity bonuses that further reward your commitment and contributions to our mission.
