We provide an extensive list of services including Lashing, Brow Tints, Lash Lifts, Full Facial Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk/Salon Concierge for our salon. Your focus will be on providing an excellent customer experience to all of our guests, selling and intelligently explaining memberships (which save our guests so much money!) and cultivating a positive work environment. You will be highly focused on membership sales, retail sales, and booking clients. We want someone that is motivated to make money through extra incentives and bonuses. Nights and weekend availability is a MUST. RESPONSIBILITIES: Increase membership sales and retail sales Be available on weekends and nights, and Sunday through Wednesday if necessary Greet visitors and provide an excellent customer experience Schedule appointments in person or by phone Contribute to team success, such as inventory and maintenance Maintain a clean and inviting environment REQUIRED SKILLS: 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience Strong attention to detail Must be available nights, holidays and weekends Goal Oriented/Motivated Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment WHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
