Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice independently, including options such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must demonstrate they are in good standing without any disciplinary actions.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a sympathetic and client-centered approach.

• Strong computer literacy to navigate our therapy platform and manage client records effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, candidates with extensive backgrounds in various therapeutic approaches and client engagement strategies, including experience with telehealth modalities, will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend. Compensation is disbursed weekly via direct deposit for your convenience.
