Director of Sales & MarketingOur client is a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of New York City, known for its rich history, exceptional service, and strong reputation within the market.We're looking for a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy, drive revenue, and build meaningful relationships across the hotel's key markets.What You'll DoLead and develop the hotel's sales teamCreate and execute strategic sales and marketing plansDrive revenue growth and identify new business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partnersDevelop new accounts and strengthen existing businessMonitor market trends and identify opportunities for growthPartner with hotel leadership to achieve overall commercial goalsAbout YouProven experience in a senior sales leadership role within luxury or full-service hospitalityStrong knowledge of the New York City hotel marketA confident, relationship-driven sales leader with a strong commercial mindsetExperience leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales teamStrong understanding of revenue generation, business development, and strategic planningExcellent communication and negotiation skillsHands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment
