Director of Sales

Job Description

Director of Sales, responsible for growing pipeline and generating net new revenue with mid-market and emerging clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive new revenue across assigned Mid-Market and Emerging accounts
\n
• Manage pipeline development, account growth and all forecasting of assigned prospects and clients
\n
• Responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and serving as the brands representative to internal constituents
\n
• Partner with Client Success team to ensure successful implementations, customer satisfaction, growth and ongoing partnership with clients
\n
• Provide ongoing product feedback to internal stakeholders within our product organization
\n

Requirements

\n
• 5+ years of ad-tech or mar-tech sales experience, with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales goals, building pipeline, delivering significant revenue and customer growth
\n
• Success in Retail Media, SaaS, digital media, or enterprise software sales.
\n
• Experience as a hunter salesperson, adept at the challenger method who can win net new client pursuits and multi-thread relationships in the sales process.
\n
• Must understand the ad-tech ecosystem and how agencies and brands use such tools to expand their business
\n
• High integrity, smarts and dedication.
