We are one of the fastest growing fast-casual concepts with 23 locations currently in Florida, and plans for more openings in 2027! · Neat Appearance with an Outgoing, Friendly Personality, Team Player & “Can Do” Attitude

· Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Great Communication and writing skills

· Relationships over transactions - Focus on creating lifelong relationships and memorable moments

· Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction

· Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating a team

· Some exposure to P&L and sales building highly desirable
