The position offers hourly pay, along with a very competitive bi-weekly commission plan and bonus structure – that translates to one of the best total compensation plans in the fitness industry! Position Title: Membership Advisor Reports to: General Manager, Regional Director of Sales Compensation: Hourly rate $17.87 plus opportunity to earn monthly commissions averaging $3k-$5k per month.
