In this role you'll take an active part in the month-end close, prepare journal entries and account reconciliations, analyze financial information, and help improve accounting processes and reporting. What You'll Do

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Assist with the monthly and year-end financial close process.
• Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Analyze financial information and support special accounting projects.
• Partner with branch personnel to resolve accounting questions.
• Use ERP systems and Microsoft Excel to prepare analyses and strengthen accounting processes.
• Support audits and financial reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (or expected prior to start date).
• 0-3 years of accounting experience, including internships, is preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret financial data. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Integrity, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality.
