$50 - $62 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the pharmacy to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand clinical and business opportunities within the community.
• Foster a high-performance customer service culture by mentoring and guiding pharmacy staff.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community partners to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Oversee non-sterile compounding processes and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Utilize advanced pharmacy systems like PioneerRx to optimize workflow and service delivery efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in leading pharmacy operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to develop and expand clinical services, including non-sterile compounding programs.
• Proficiency in using advanced pharmacy systems like PioneerRx to optimize workflow and improve patient outcomes.
• Strong leadership skills to recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing pharmacy team.
• Experience in managing inventory, financial performance, and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement and profitability.
