Vendor Operations Associate

Job Title : Vendor Operations Associate (Purchase Orders, Procurement)
Location : South San Francisco, CA 94080
Working Model : Hybrid (2-3 days onsite) (Tuesdays are anchor days, and two other days of the week are required on site, the remaining two are remote)
Working Days : Monday through Friday
Working Hours : Standard 8 hour shift
Interview Format : Two Rounds (1. Panel [45 minutes], 2. Hiring Manager - Rick B. [45 minutes])
Required sills
Contract Management : Managing contracts from creation through approval, execution, and lifecycle management
Vendor/Supplier Management : Working directly with vendors, suppliers, agencies, HCPs, and internal stakeholders
PO Management : Creating, reviewing, managing, and tracking Purchase Orders
Procurement Systems : Experience with procurement/ERP systems; MyBuy is highly preferred
Procurement Operations : Understanding procurement workflows, purchasing processes, approvals, and compliance
