Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Pay Rate: $27.94 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to help to control access, verify credentials when required, and support visitor processing in accordance with site protocols.
• Assist with routine post duties such as maintaining a visible presence, communicating with staff regarding security-related issues, and following instructions for alarms, disturbances, and/or medical-related situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
