Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Intervention Specialist license (required)
• Experience teaching in special education settings at elementary, middle, or high school levels

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to students’ unique learning needs
• Assess student performance and monitor progress toward IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and professionally communicate with families regarding student progress
• Collaborate with school staff to implement best practices in special education
• Foster positive, encouraging relationships with students and provide necessary behavioral and academic interventions
