Revenue Cycle Supervisor

Supervising day-to-day revenue cycle operations, the full-time Revenue Cycle Supervisor will maximize collections from patients and insurance carriers while ensuring compliance with organizational standards in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Oversee the Prior Authorization team, ensuring timely and accurate submission and resolution of authorization requests Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Develop and implement training programs for authorization staff, guiding team members toward departmental goals Required qualifications Associate degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent OR four years of revenue cycle experience required At least four years of medical revenue cycle work experience with a track record of achieving metrics Two years of experience managing and delegating work priorities strongly desired Strong knowledge of medical insurance billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and managed care products Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
