This role is designed for a remote work setting, allowing flexibility while prioritizing the needs of patients at our hospice center. While a standard work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our psychologist will occasionally need to accommodate patient needs, which may include evening or weekend availability. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, evaluating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning to identify patient needs and inform treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based therapies specifically tailored to hospice patients, ensuring sensitivity to the complexities of terminal illness.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy to address mental health concerns associated with grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, social workers, and nurses, to offer a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n
