CAD Designer & Quoting Specialist

Job Description Job Description - Develop detailed AutoCAD drawings and 3D layouts for industrial safety guarding solutions based on customer specifications and engineering requirements. - Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are accurate, manufacturable, and meet safety standards. - Prepare and deliver accurate customer quotes based on completed layouts and design work. - Read and interpret customer-supplied engineering drawings and technical documentation to inform design and quoting. - Communicate with vendors on material pricing, availability, and lead times to support accurate quoting. - Enter and track customer purchase orders, confirm order details, and keep internal records current. - Maintain organized files for drawings, quotes, POs, revisions, and vendor information. - Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing office environment.
