As the Kitchen Director, you will be responsible for consistently delivering CRAVEable food that exceeds our guests' expectations. You will work closely with the Owner/Operator and Executive Team as a valuable member of the Operations Director Team. We are looking for someone who can uphold our high standards in areas such as food safety, quality, speed of service, food cost and inventory management, facilities and equipment cleanliness, training systems, leadership development, and building a positive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Oversee speed of service to ensure efficient and timely delivery of orders
• Manage food cost and inventory to maximize profitability
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of facilities and equipment
• Implement and improve training systems and processes
• Develop and mentor team members to foster leadership skills
• Create a positive and inclusive work culture

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in kitchen leadership
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use ladders
• Ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours
• ServSafe Certified (now or in the future)
• Bilingual is preferred but not necessary
