Administrative Assistant

Thibodaux Regional Health System

Functions as an Administrative Assistant to Administrative staff. Responsible for Medical Staff meeting management, flow of information from medical staff committees through the Medical Executive Committee and the Governing Board. Works closely with medical staff leaders, hospital administration and legal counsel. Manages the day-to-day function of the Administrative Office and coordinates all meetings, projects, and clerical assistance as necessary.

Educational and/or Professional Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree desired

Previous Experience:
1. Previous experience in a Medical Staff Services and/or Administrative position required.

Other Special Training/Skills:
1. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
2. Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule as needed.
