About the company

We're partnering with a well-funded, venture-backed clinical AI startup building an AI platform that helps primary care teams manage chronic conditions. The product works inside the EHR to give clinicians specialist-level decision support and handles patient follow-through so patients reach their care goals faster. The team is small and moving quickly.

The role

This is the company's first growth hire. You'll own the direct-to-clinician and direct-to-practice go-to-market motion from zero, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll build top-of-funnel for small and mid-size medical practices, get them activated on the platform, and grow a community of clinicians who love the product. It's a hands-on, field-heavy role: about 60% of your time goes to traveling to practices, running experiments and driving sign-ups. The rest goes to growth marketing, managing ad spend and feeding what you learn back into the product.

What you'll do

• Own the full direct-to-clinician and direct-to-practice growth motion, from cold outreach and in-person visits through practice activation and sign-up
• Travel 1–2 weeks per month to launch markets to meet physicians, APPs and office managers, testing which practices to target and how to convert them
• Build a clinician community: engage on channels like Reddit, sponsor conferences and create buzz among providers
• Run growth experiments across field outreach, paid ads, events and sponsorships, with goals to grow top-of-funnel by 30%+ and convert at least 5 practices in your first four months
• Bring field insights back to the product team to improve the clinician experience and shape the roadmap

What we're looking for

• 4–8 years in growth, provider partnerships or go-to-market roles
• Hands-on experience activating clinicians or medical practices at a healthcare company
• Comfortable owning a motion end to end with high autonomy at an early-stage startup
• Willing to travel 1–2 weeks per month
• Familiar with CRM (HubSpot or similar), product analytics and marketing automation tools

Compensation & logistics

• $180K–$200K base + variable compensation tied to practice activations (OTE $200K–$240K) + competitive equity
• On-site 5 days/week in New York City; relocation support available
• Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
