Job Overview Provide services and support as a Payroll Manager in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector. Responsibilities and Duties Oversee payroll team and daily payroll processing. Implement and maintain payroll policies and procedures. Audit payroll records and resolve discrepancies. Coordinate with HR and finance for benefits, deductions, and tax compliance. Prepare reports for audits and budget planning. Location: The role(s) are located in the Mid Atlantic Region at or near CONUS - Charlotte, NC (Initial work site: 647 East 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202). Qualifications Management experience in payroll operations. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, HR, or related field preferred. 5+ years payroll experience, including supervisory responsibility.
