Employee Relations Partner - AMS (New York)

Location: New York Team: HR Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A196395A Responsibilities Independently manage a full caseload of ER cases across the US and Canada (and support LATAM as needed), including advising on employee discipline, underperformance, terminations, reasonable accommodations, complex leave scenarios and other related matters; Assess ambiguous, novel workplace issues and construct a clear path forward when there's no clear policy or precedent to lean on; Triage employee complaints to the appropriate workplace investigation teams and lend support and guidance for workplace investigations as needed; Support HR/ER related training for people managers and HR; Closely collaborate with employment counsel; Contribute to scaling ER infrastructure, including systems, policies, and processes that enable efficient and consistent employee relations support. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal or related field. 5+ years' experience in Employee Relations. Extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practice.
