Senior Director Human Resources

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner Senior Director to support a growing commercial organization during an exciting period of expansion and innovation. The senior HR leader will drive talent strategies that enable business success, foster a high-performance culture, and support organizational agility in a fast-paced environment. Professional experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner supporting Commercial or customer‑facing organizations within biotech or pharmaceutical environments; experience supporting U.S. launches of new medicines strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior leaders across multiple functions, driving sound decisions and outcomes in complex, fast‑paced environments. Experience leading or contributing to organizational effectiveness, culture, change management, and management development initiatives. Deep expertise in talent management, succession planning, and career development strategies that support business growth and leadership readiness. Proven ability to develop and implement global or enterprise‑level HR strategies with broad organizational impact. Strong experience designing and executing strategic workforce plans, including capability planning and long‑term talent strategies within pharmaceutical development, manufacturing, or commercial settings. Personal attributes: Comfortable partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders across the organization, with the credibility and presence to operate effectively at all levels. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly, thoughtfully, and persuasively. Collaborative team player who works effectively across functions and does not operate with a sole‑contributor mindset. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into execution through disciplined project management.
