Scheduler

The Senior Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules for large-scale data center construction projects. Working closely with project managers, superintendents, field teams, and trade partners, this role develops and manages Primavera P6 CPM schedules, tracks progress, identifies schedule risks, and supports project delivery through effective planning and forecasting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain CPM schedules in Primavera P6. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Analyze critical path, schedule impacts, and recovery opportunities. Coordinate scheduling activities with project teams, subcontractors, and the general contractor. Prepare look-ahead schedules, schedule reports, and progress updates. Support project planning, forecasting, and schedule risk management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 7+ years of construction scheduling experience, with experience on data center or large commercial/industrial projects preferred. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of electrical construction sequencing, CPM scheduling, and project controls.
