Regional Vice President

Regional Vice President West Central Region (includes Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Montana, Idaho Branches) Job Summary The Regional Vice President oversees sales training programs, guides sales personnel, provides sales and management support, develops business opportunities, oversees Division operations and manages all Regional and Branch Managers. Essential Functions Sales Oversee sales training programs such as G‑Force and Rainmakers, develop future programs, and ensure proper Branch and Regional quarterly meetings take place. Recruit, select, and guide sales and management personnel, working closely with Territory Managers and Inside Sales Manager to build skills, product knowledge, and a winning attitude. Develop and implement sales methods, programs and incentives to achieve targets. Support sales in securing large commercial jobs, including quote development, job lead tracking, price book reviews, and relationship building with key customers. Identify new opportunities for branch locations and product lines, conduct market surveys, and develop feasibility plans with investment forecasts. Operations Develop Regional and Branch Managers to reach high performance levels and assess their fit for future company needs. Lead management training programs to create a depth of qualified managers and develop future position-specific training. Review P&Ls with Managers and take corrective action; oversee quarterly Regional Manager Field Checklist. Guide budgeting processes for sales and operations, ensuring logical and realistic budgets are set. Build relationships with upper vendor management and participate in vendor rebate programs. Job Qualifications Well organized, dependable, and capable of working independently with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a management role within the roofing supply business. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to direct, supervise, and communicate effectively with subordinates. Strong product and industry knowledge. Demonstrated leadership ability.
