This role ensures safe and discreet travel through proactive planning, situational awareness, risk assessment, and emergency response capabilities. Key Responsibilities
$96,200.00 - $151,400.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. - Provide secure transportation and executive protection for designated leaders.
- Conduct route planning, venue assessments, and threat evaluations.
- Coordinate with law enforcement, security teams, and Corporate Aviation.
- Respond to medical and security emergencies as the first line of support.
- Maintain compliance with LEOSA requirements, security policies, and training standards.
- Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and operational security at all times.
- 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, executive protection, or corporate security.
- Active LEOSA (HR 218) qualification required.
- Valid driver's license with a strong driving record.
- High School Diploma required.
- CPR/AED certification and advanced defensive driving training preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 10% and work flexible hours as needed.
- Strong situational awareness and sound judgment.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and executive service excellence.
