Certified Mobile Notary Service ( seeking a dedicated Remote Notary to provide exceptional notarial services specifically tailored for real estate professionals. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in facilitating real estate transactions by ensuring the accurate and efficient notarization of important documents. Responsibilities: Perform remote notarial acts for various real estate documents, including purchase agreements, loan documents, and deeds. Utilize secure online platforms to verify identities, witness signatures, and notarize documents in compliance with state regulations. Collaborate closely with real estate professionals, including agents, brokers, and mortgage lenders, to coordinate signings and address any specific requirements. Maintain accurate records of notarial acts and transactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements: Active Notary Public commission in your state. Previous experience as a notary public, with a strong emphasis on notarizing real estate documents, is highly preferred. Familiarity with remote notarization platforms and technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with real estate professionals and clients. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all documents are properly executed and compliant with legal standards.
