HR Coordinator Company: Arrow Engine Company Primary Location: 2301 E. Independence, Tulsa, OK 74110 USA Employment Type: Hourly | Full-Time Function: Human Resources Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled Main Duties & Responsibilities Performs a variety of administrative tasks in support of the human resources department. From time to time, will also support Operations Manager with administrative tasks and projects. Job Duties Assists in the creation and update of HR forms or documents. Creates, maintains and distributes reports using a variety of software. Onboards new full-time and temporary employees. Maintains employee and medical files. Answers basic employee questions about human resources policies or offerings. Schedules interviews, orientations, training sessions and communication meetings. Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions. Assist with time & attendance administration and system review (eTime). Creates and designs correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets. Makes candidate travel arrangements and arranges itineraries. Review vendor invoices to ensure billing is correct and code for payment. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Advanced computer and keyboarding skills. Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite of products and willingness to learn additional software applications and duties as required. Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful). Must be dependable, conscientious and highly organized. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization. Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and establish priorities. Ability to keep confidential information confidential. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
